Gracy Mora

Gracy Mora (she/they) is a second-year undergraduate student intending to major in social welfare. Originally from the Bay Area, Gracy is a low-income, first-generation student who has grappled with navigating higher education and the public healthcare system as a disabled individual in recovery. Gracy’s firsthand experience with inequity in healthcare has fueled their passion for improving these systems at UC Berkeley, where they currently act as a health worker for the Berkeley Student Cooperative in addition to serving the Berkeley’s Alternative Breaks program, studying urban health disparities in Los Angeles. After completing her bachelor’s degree, Gracy hopes to continue her education in pursuit of a license in clinical social work. Away from school, Gracy enjoys being an avid concert-goer, pole dancer, and young mother to her cat, Bean.
